Melissa Churchard Hannon

I transform how women lead.

With over two decades in leadership development and eight years as an executive coach, I’ve empowered hundreds of women and organizations to build authentic confidence, command executive presence, and rise into leadership on their own terms.

When I’m not coaching or consulting, I’m a mother of four, pushing my limits as a competitive runner, and finding balance in the saddle as an equestrian.

These experiences shape my approach: leadership built on optimism, resilience, and adaptability.
